Appearance is slightly cloudy deep gold with a vigorous frothy off-white head. Good lacing. Aroma is full of chilled fresh bread dough and restrained flowery hops. I smell faint phenol akin to an electrical fire and a little perm solution (fusel alcohol). Taste has the same fresh bread dough for a malt profile and adds a lemony but sweet flavor along with flowery hops. Unfortunately, the same phenols and fusels show up in flavor as in aroma. Mouthfeel is medium-light with a semi-sweet finish which is very refreshing. I so rate this beer higher if not for the phenols and fusels. Worth seeking out if there's bottles out there without the flaws.
