Appearance: Deep reddish brown ale with a thin head than dissipates into a wispy thread almost immediately.
Smell: Light notes of malt, honey, citrus
Taste: Strangely bland. It's not bad, just seems like much of the flavor that's meant to be there is muted. Malt, caramels, light hops. Some hint of orange zest and coriander in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Thin, easily forgettable
Overall: Despite my scores, this is not a bad ale. It's primary attribute, however, is how utterly mediocre it is. So far as seasonals go there are much more complex, rich offerings to choose from.
