When poured into the glass the color was amber with a reddish hue. There was hardly any foam and no lace at all. Them smell was of hops and sweet fruit. The taste was of hops and fruit. It was sort of thick, didn't notice it when poured. But, you could feel the thickness of this ale in the mouth. There is a slight bitter acidic fruity feel on the tongue when drinking this ale. Not bad, would drink it again. Different!
