A - Hazy orange-red with small fizzy head that dissapates quickly.
S - Ripe berries, malt, and yeast.
T - Sweet up front with distinct fruity berry flavors, cranberry comes through in the tart finish. Some yeasty bread and caramel flavors.
M - Spritzer-like carbonation and farily light though with some coating sweetness.
D - Not bad, almost like a soft-drink and refreshing in that sense. It has just enough redeeming character so that I will be able to finish the other three in the fridge... or my wife will. This really is not a lambic in the traditional sense which affects my ratings lower, but only very slightly... with a different name I may go C+.
