Pours a reddish brown, almost cider-like, with a limited head but alot of bubbles. No lacing.
Tart fruit aromas and some wheat/yeast. What's there is there, but nothing groundbreaking.
Surprised that after all of these years of hating this beer that I actually did not mind it that much. Essentially a dressed up wheat beer with some Ocean Spray cranberry juice added. Good tart finish and some coarse grain bitterness to offset the sweet and tart. You can find a yeastiness in there as well. Not something I'd drink everyday, but not too bad either. Very well carbonated, almost to a fault. Lighter bodied. Overall, it went down ok. You could never have 3-4 at a sitting, but I could have another. Just ok, but far from the horrific and even mediocre reviews this usually gets. People need to revisit this one. I sure needed to.
