pours a light orange-copper color with a fizzy cherry 7-up like head.
Smells of cranberry, cherry, celary(spelling?), and spice.
Very sweet and malty in taste, very little hops, slightly dry with a caramel taste. My first lambic, and it tastes pretty much like I thought it would taste like (a chick drink) good idea, but not so much for my tastes. I can't do without out a good malt and strong hops.
If you like fruit flavored beer, this is pretty good. It kind of tastes like Petes Wicked Strawberry Blonde, although Pete's has a little more malt flavor.
