I got this from my brother for my 30th birthday on Thanksgiving.
A- No carbination, or lacing, very oily slick in the glass. Copper in color and kinda thicker looking.
S- The smell is so complex, and changes as the glass warms up. Dark fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, figs, pear, apples. Very similar to a port and a cognac mixed and a huge alcohol hit.
T- The complexity in this beer is crazy, just so much going on almost a tastebud overload. Vanilla, dark fruits with lots of port flavors, boozy, caramel, and burnt sugar.
M- Burns the mouth a bit, especially the lips. Oily and very nice solid body feel.
O- This is great, tasty and quite enjoyable. Is it worth the money, not especially. Is it worth a try, if you can get a hold of it for sure.
