A: poured dark brown with a thick three finger beige head, leaving behind a small amount of lace.
S: honey upfront, followed by a mild roasted malt, nutty and caramel scent. Didn't get much hops, honey covered any hop.
T&M: medium body, smooth, crisp with a slighty fizzy carbonation ending. Once again honey upfront in taste with a roasted malt, nutty and almost citrus ending.
D: could drink this brew all night, nice and simple with lots of flavors.
Overall, this well balance porter rocks. The honey shine through without taking away from the style.
