Pours a clear golden straw color with a bright white head that disappears almost immediately. Smells of grass and corn. Almost no hop presence. Taste follows the nose with grass in the forefront followed by a slight hint of caramel sweetness..Ample carbonation level lends itself to a medium body. Bitterness in the aftertaste seems to be due to astringency rather than hops. This one misses the mark in my opinion and can be best described as bland

Ok, not a great beer, but as I've said before, a good beer can be one that you can drink the shit out of with no combative flavor. This is a brew that you can sit at a bar or a friend's house and not feel embarrassed to drink or hand off to someone else. Mild, decent carbonation and a not too extravagant price. If you're looking to impress, then look elsewhere. Otherwise, go ahead, get piss-drunk on this stuff and enjoy. Cheers!

This pale ale is bright light-medium orange, barely translucent. The head rests at one finger for a moment but shows pretty good retention. It leaves a moderate quantity of spotty lacing on the glass.
Grains, white pepper and lemon zest greet the nose. It's a little odd, though; for the first few sniffs, it's almost like there are some spent grains I'm smelling, then nothing and the aroma goes mute. I can still get a little out of it, but not much.
There's lemon zest and pine, light pith and a touch of lemon juice as well in the taste. The pepper is still there but isn't as strong as it smelled. It's almost a little grassy underneath with a ghost of green weedy stem shifting in and out. it finishes with lots of bread after the bitterness sneaks away.
It's prickly but soft as a fuzzy blanket of carbonation rolls gently on the tongue. In the medium body, it's actually quite nice.
