12 oz. bottle poured into a pint glass. I love hoppy beers and had to give this one a try. It pours a nice clearish copper color with a nice head and good lacing. Has a nice aroma of spicy hops and sweet malt. Perfectly balanced. Has a nice big hop finish but not to overpowering. Has a medium body and nice carbonation. Great beer to relax to after work.
Aged a bottle for 1 year and was surprised when tasting it. Poured and orangesh amber color with a frothy off white head that left decent sticky lacing. Has a more malty than hoppy flavor this time. Definitely better fresh. The aroma is the same, more malty this time around. Not bad at all but better fresh in my opinion.
