Let me just say in advance if you leave beer snobbery at the door before trying this brew you just might enjoy it. Don't expect some complex beer. Open up to it and wow you just may enjoy it.
A - Pours a nice slightly dark copper color. After pouring I got a pretty decent inch or so of eggshell head. It fizzez away pretty fast but leaves a nice litte layer on top.
S - A very delicate nose to this one. A tiny but of breadiness, a tiny bit of a wine like smell. Just a faint fruity smell in general.
T - The taste surprised me. Its pretty damn good. The background is a toasty nutty maltiness. And to me it does leave a teeny bit of a grape aftertaste. But honestly in the sense that a fruity yeast does, not really an in your face grape flavor. No real hop presence or bitterness but that works for this beer. Definate sweetness to it.
M - Light mouthfeel. Just the right amount of carbonation.
D - Honestly one at the start of a long brew session is great. I would not really down a few of them in a row as its kind of sweet. But as a starter to a great beer night it pleases and won't kill your palette.
