12 oz. brown bottle. Fresh to Date
A: Pours a dark amber with a thin almost nothing head after an initial quick forming foam.
S: Although pumpkin is the wanted flavor, spices are most dominant tot he nose. Malts bring up the rear.
T/M: Tastes like fall. The beer is smooth and clean. Not much pumpkin flavor going on. This is sad because the label clearly says Pumpkin Ale. Chewy malts and a lot of spice with an aftertaste I'm not to fond of.
O: A good beer. Not bad, not bad. I wouldn't call it a pumpkin ale but more of a spiced autumn brew. Not sure if I'd get this on its own, but in a mix pack it is good.
