Pours a very highly carbonated brew with a golden color. The carbonation creates a thick white head that goes away after a while, but a thin white head remains throughout.
Smell is very strong of blackberries. They dominate the smell, but there is a good fresh wheat shot also.
Taste is much like the smell. It is dominated at first by the fresh blackberry taste and is slightly balanced by the wheat/biscuit taste. There is also a bit of something at the end that dries out the mouth, maybe hibiscus.
Mouthfeel is good for a witbier. There is a medium thickness to it, but very smooth going down.
Drinkability is good on this beer. For someone that likes fruit beers, they could drink a lot of these without getting sick of them. For someone like myself that is not a big fruit beer drinker, they are still a good solid beer that is worth a try.
