A - Semi-opaque dark orange color. Offwhite head fades to a rocky film with a thick ring. A few lines of lacing.
S - Chalky wheat with a sweet berry backdrop.
T - Starts out with a berry sweetness and light hoppy bitterness. Less sweetness but a more pronounced berry flavor along with some light peppery malts, before the finish of earthy wheat and sweet candy-like berry flavors.
M - Thin to medium consistency with lots of carbonation.
D - A bit sweeter than your average brew but not too sweet. A step above the Cranberry Lambic.
