12 oz bottle poured into a Smuttynose Pint glass
A - Pours orange-amber with one finger of sticky foam that lingers at the top of the beer.
S - Strong citrus hop aroma, really hits you in the face
T - Deliciously unbalanced with plenty of tongue curling bitterness and citrus hop flavor
M - Slightly viscous, bitterness lingers on the back of your tongue. There is a decent amount of malt present here, but not enough to balance all the hops
D - if you are craving hops, this beer will scratch your itch. I wouldn't drink more than one of these a night though - hops would get to be overwhelming.
A very well made double IPA. I would buy 6 packs of this beer if it were available.
