A: Deep orange/amber in color. Hazy. About a quarter inch of off-white head, that stuck around for most of the glass. No lacing.
S: Citrus, grapefruit and pineapple. Resiny hops. A slight bit of maltiness.
T: A nice slap of resin and pine hopiness on the front end fading into more nuanced flavors. Slightly floral. Borderline soapiness. I felt this beer opened up a little as it warmed up.
M: Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Bitterness is present, but not overwhelming.
D: A very nice offering from SA, though I do feel this beer is missing a little something. Dare I say tad bit more malt? However, this is still a solid DIPA.
