Hazy orange gold color with a fluffy head and a full glass of lace; among the best I've seen.
Bread-like nose with some alcohol to burn the eyes and citrus peel like lime.
Taste is really right on. Big yeasty, bready maltness with a blunted hop bitterness to counter. There seems to be no after-taste; once it's gone it's gone. Clean.
Medium body with a blended creaminess of carbonation that is extraordinarily well blended and balanced between the two. Could not be better.
Since this is a 12oz bottle the drinkability scores better than it might in a 22.
Overall I would have this again but I don't know if I'd buy a six-pack of this exclusively. It's a serious conundrum for the brewery. Glad it's not my problem.
