A - Light yellow. Small head. Moderate Carbonation. This one doesn't really stand out all too much in the looks department.
S - Lemon and Coriander come through big-time in this one. No banana or clove smell whatsoever typical of wheat-type beers.
T - Honestly, for what it is, it was rather impressive. I guess it could be akin to a lemon-grass type beer. It was not all that typical of the wheat beer genre, but it has a place.
M - Little or no aftertaste. It was very, very clean and neat.
D - Very good. If you want a few good tasting beers to relax with, this beer is the ticket.
In summation, I can't be all too critical of this beer. Yes, I do know that it doesn't fit all too well with what a typical wheat beer would taste like. Yes, I do understand that, for all intents and purposes, it is a macro brew. Yes, I do realize that this is not the end all, be all definitive wheat brew. However, for what it is, it is really good.
