12 oz bottle poured into a tasting glass. pours a clear golden color with two fingers of off-white head that retains well and leaves minimum lacings.
aroma is of light spice, wheat malt, and some lemon zest in the background. overall the brew is sweet with a light sharpness, probably from the lemon.
taste is a standard hefeweizen on the palate without the spice or sharpness from the aroma. nothing of note here, just some wheat malts and light lemon zest in the background.
mouthfeel is light bodied with a smooth character and a semi-clean finish of residual wheat malt and citrus fruit.
drinkability is decent. nothing here makes this worth another round, but for the style it gets the job done. a worthy example.
