Large Sam Adams Sensory glass at Pizzeria Uno in Bayside, NY.
A - An vibrant golden color with a nice big 2-finger pillow of head on top, retaining well and leaving loose webs of lacing.
S - Lots of citrusy hops with a little bit of malt in the back, and a tiny twinge of skunk.
T - Crisp, citrusy, malty, light. Far from complex or memorable, but satisfying.
M - slightly watery, thin, fine carbonation. Fine for a pilsner.
Overall - Easily sessionable and a good choice for a lighter tasting beer if that's what you're looking for.

Appearance- Poured from a 355ml bottle into a nonic pint glass, best before Dec 14. Golden yellow with loose white head which quickly dissipates. No lacing left on the glass.
Smell- Fresh hops with a zesty pine aroma.
Taste- Toffee malt up front quickly overtaken by fresh bitter hops that leave lemon pine flavours on the tongue. Good length.
Mouthfeel- Good mouthfeel with creaminess on the tongue .
Overall- A refreshing beer with a well balanced taste. The hops are flavoursome without being overpowering and linger on the palate.

Brilliantly clear golden with a foamy, thin layer of white head. Aroma is grainy and sweet, with a floral bent and a touch of earthy minerals. Malt sweetness seems dominant. Flavor is lemony and minerally upfront, finishing earthy and lightly bitter. There's a bit of malt sweetness at the backbone, finishing crackery and dry. Very easy drinking, approachable beer with a balanced malt and hop profile.
