Appearance - Clear straw color with a medium white head.
Smell - Lemon, honey, sweet bread, and juicy hops.
Taste - Like the smell, except with the hop bitterness of course. It has a sweet malty beginning and a crisp, sharp finish. A somewhat sweet aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Light body and high carbonation.
Notes - This is a good German style pilsner. It's perhaps a little sweeter than the others I've had, but that lends balance to the hops. It's a vast improvement on Sam Adams' previous spring beer, and I might buy it again next year.
