A- Light golden yellowish....somewhat cloudy, mostly clear though. White head.
S- Not good. Smelled the hops, but they didn't seem very pleasent. Had the aroma of fresh hop pellets before being added to a beer. Hint of citrus.
T- Had a slightly sour twinge to it. Not as bitter as I thought it might be, but had a very organic, "leafy" taste
M- Grainy and thick, but decently smooth. Mouthfeel appropriate for style
D- Not a favorite of mine. Didn't think the hops were well balanced. Possibly added to the wort at the wrong time during brewing. I miss the white ale, and hope Sam brings it back next spring instead of Noble Pils
