A: Golden straw color, bright white head and pretty nice lacing
S: There is a nice malt aroma in the background that is reminiscent of a grain, grass or hay; there is also a faint honey-like aroma. A strong but delicate hop aroma. I get a good bit of citrus (lime). floral notes from the noble hops as well
T: There is a pretty good initial malty sweetness followed by a bready grain taste. When the hops come they hit you with a soft bitterness and citrus character.
M: Medium-light body, smooth. Finishes pretty dry, the hops linger with a citrus character, the malty sweetness does not
D: This is a highly drinkable, very refreshing pilsner. Wonderful malt background that is present but not overpowering, its a great profile for the noble hops. I cannot distinguish all five noble hops individually, but you can tell right away its noble. Very delicate hop flavor and dry finish make this highly drinkable. Great way to introduce someone to hops without overwhelming them
