12oz bottle into my Cēsu pilsner flute.
A - clear, light yellow in color. Nice white head of medium-sized dense bubbles. Very nice lacing as it recedes.
S - lemon and citrus zest. Light malt aroma. Fresh smelling beer especially for a pils.
T - lemons come thru up front. Not much in the middle and fairly clean finish. Slight aromatic finish with mild bitterness. Not alot goingon but easily drinkable.
M - very light and refreshing. Easy on the palate and easy going down.
O - I will admit that I am not a pils fan or much of a Sam Adams one either. That being said, this is a really good pilsner. Easy to drink, and sessionable due to the low ABV. If it were offered regularly on tap I could see alot of people drinking it in place of the mass produced crap out there.
