Appearance: Pale golden body with a small white head, modest carbonation, thin glass-coating lace.
Aroma: Solid pale malt, lots of noble hops, almost over-the-top. Very pleasing.
Taste: Opens with solid pale malt, soon followed by lots of noble hops, with a pleasant spicy character, and slightly citric, without the unpleasant pine and tar notes that attend other hop varieties. Finishes with a lingering, mild spiciness from the hops.
Mouth feel: Smooth, soft, pleasant, a hint of carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: Very pleasant and drinkable, a nice example.
Presentation: Packaged in a custom twelve-ounce brown glass long neck bottle, served in a standard Pilsener glass.
Serving type: bottle
