A - Pours a crystal clear golden color with a 2 finger cotton white head. Looks just like a pilsener should.
S - Smells earthy, fresh, clean. A faint biscut/bread scent is noticeable. Ever-so faint scent of lemon.
T - Fresh grain, straw, earthy hopyness. lemon rind. Nobel hops are balanced by a buttered roll like malt sweetness.
M - Lots of carbonation. Tickelish. Makes for a great pallet cleanser.
D - Overall, a solid pilsener. It's a solid spring offering from the folks at Boston Beer Co. I wish they'd kill the summer ale and go with this through the summer. So much more balanced and drinkable.
