Had on tap at old Chicago
A-crisp golden near a copper color with a nice lingering 2 finger head and thick sticky lace
S-spicy and grassy hops with a slight very slight sweetness
T-same as the nose with an incredible hops flavor but not a kick in the face. The subtle pilsner malt is still very noticeable in the middle and finish. Hops linger much more on tap
M&D-mouth is a nice medium body and an extremly complex pils. Smooth and easy to drink don't let the many hops scare u away from this one it's very approachable.
Serving type: on-tap
