gwuilliums brought this over while we bottling batches 18, 19, 20.
A: Clear, straw yellow color. Excellent head formation, retention was not great. Some slight lacing.
S: Subtle is the word I would use. There are floral notes and spice notes, but only if you really work at concentrating the aroma from the glass.
T: Lemony and slightly spicy. Has a decent, slightly bread-like maltiness about it. Definitely tastes like a Czech Pilsener.
M: Excellent carbonation and smooth, round malt.
D: We downed the six-pack with no problem.
I was surprised by how much I liked this beer.
