Poured into a pilsner glass. Pours a crystal clear pale golden color with a thick viscous white heading. Lacing is in full force.Very alive in the glass, bubbles floating upward everywhere.
Smell starts off with a slight soggy bread aroma, then a toasted grainiess takes over. A citrus blast kicks in a wraps thing's up.
Taste is amazing. Crisp light pilsner and toasted maltiness. Hops are hiding for a little bit and then WAM it comes in waves. First it starts off a little spicey, then a citrus blast, then a very bitter lingering hoppiness end's thing's.
Mouth is light bodied, crisp, and loaded with carbonation. Alive on the palate and finishes with a slight grainy linger.
This is an amazing beer. I am completely blown away by this. This is a beer that should be available year round and in every sampler pack. Simple Awesome.
