Appearance: Pours a clear golden yellow with a very small head which dissipates quickly. Decent lacing throughout. Lots of carbonation bubbles.
Smell: Definitely reminds you of an American Pilsener done right. Slight hint of citrusy hops
Taste: Nice hoppiness up front with a good lemon zest flavor. A hint of bitterness throughout but nothing overwhelming. Aftertaste is very mild.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a fairly high amount of carbonation. Very smooth.
Drinkability: Very good drinkability. I'm not really familiar with quality Pilsners but this was very good.
Overall: I would highly recommend this beer. I'm a fan of a lot of Samuel Adams beers and this one ranks near the top.
