Poured the classic Pilsner color of golden and yellow with a soft white head forming on top of the glass. A spicy aroma strikes the nose, with a light grassy fragrance that follows. The scent finishes with a touch bread and cracked grain. A strong bread and biscuit flavor is up front at the taste, blending itself to citrus bitterness and touches of pepper and grass. The surprisingly heavier than it looks, almost like a thick water feel. The carbonation comes in to its job of cleansing the palate, which is left with a solid dryness. This is a very good pilsner, the classic look and beautiful bouquet, all of that just enhances the flavor. The feel makes cleans the palate and makes wanting another. This beer would beer great to give to macro drinker as cross over beer and broaden their palate.
