A: Pours a clear medium golden with a modest 1/2" dull white head which dies down quickly.
S: Very herbal, almost rosemary-y. Pils malt and a corn-like aroma.
T: Some pils and corn-like flavour. Leafy hops an a light residual bitterness with the corn flavour.
M: Medium light body with medium-high carbonation.
D: Really not what I was expecting. Corn flavour and lack of pilsener malt is discerning. Leaves something to be desired.
