A friend brought over a couple of these 12oz bottles and I am reviewing after having one or two already. I pour into a weizen glass to review.
One inch tightly packed white head that retains very well. Light yellow and transparent with visible rising carbonation. Some sheets of lacing.
I'm getting a lot of nice Czeck/German bready and light yeast notes. Balanced with a good dose of leafy/citrusy hops. Lemon and lime hints with a toasty malt character adding to its balance. Pale, clean and balanced; very nice!
Even more hoppy than my nose suggested with lemon citrus in the forefront. Still quite bready and full flavored, despite the low ABV.
Great medium body, and nicely carbonated. Medium finish of lemon, leafy hops and dank breads.
Very impressive, I will be buying this again for certain!
