Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Pours a pale straw color w two fingers of dense head with decent retention and some rings of lacing.
Smells a bit grassy, with citric (lemon peel) and slightly floral hop notes taking center stage, with a touch of malt sweetness.
Tastes grassy, a bit sour, moderately bitter from the citric hops. Malt sweetness comes in towards the end with a cracker/biscuit characteristic. Finishes balanced.
Well carbonated, light/medium body, smooth and refreshing.
Overall: Since the pilsner is one of my least favorite styles, i was surprised that I enjoyed this one as much as I did.
Serving type: bottle
