A: pours a bright, crystal clear golden with a modest frothy head. Good lacing.
S: A light aroma of herbal hops and pale malt.
T: Well-balanced with an almost equal mixture of malt and hops. Predominant taste of honey with a light grassy flavor.
M: Light-bodied with med.-high carbonation. Crisp and bone dry.
D: I'd like the hops to be a bit more assertive, yet this is still a tasty quaff and would make an excellent session beer.
