I poured this 12 oz. bottle into an English pint glass.
A: Amber color, 2 finger creamy head that quickly falls into good lacing.
S: At first sniff I get the hops, later the sweetness and yeast become more evident.
T: Plenty of sweet malt up front, the middle is packed with hops, some honey, and a nice acidic bite, the finish is dry and hopped, with a grassy/metallic note that lingers.
M: Medium body, good carbonation for the style.
D: I am by no means a hop-head, but I found this beer enjoyable, if not memorable.
