Color: pours light, golden brown. sits same with a half inch, creamy off-white head with active carbonation. great legs and lacing
Smell: medium hop assertiveness with floral, leafy and citrus aromas on top of a low-medium, bready, caramely malt foundation
Taste: very well balanced with the malt giving way slightly to the hop flavor and bitterness, all carried by the carbonation. hop flavors reflect a good blend of varieties lending citrus, floral and herbal notes with a low-medium bitterness. sweet malt balances nicely. finish is mostly bitter and slightly dry
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent amount of carboination.
Notes: like a more citrusy, slightly more bitter English-style IPA. very tasty, balanced and not overwhelming. perfect if you want an inexpensive, mellow IPA
Serving type: bottle
