One of a few beers stocked in my fridge over Christmas. Poured it into a pint glass and here we go -
Frankly, the appearance of this beer is excellent. Two-finger ivory colored head sits imperfectly on top of a fizzy, clear, mahogany body. Eventually it settles down and it sits on top of the beer throughout the drinking. Circular lacing. Really, the appearance is impressive; it's the beer's strongpoint.
Smells mostly piney with citrus rind. Taste's good. Piney, malty and fresh. A smooth brew.
A solid brew as expected. Very very drinkable. I'd be happy to drink this beer any day.
