A&S - Poured into a snifter as a hazy ruby orange, with a finger and a half of tan head. Smells mostly of malt with light hop presence due to that overpowering SA yeast strain is it? Every SA beer has it, and its a shame to see it in this.
T&M - Hits with pleasant malt that soon gets beaten away by aggressive english hops. Alcohol is there but nothing more than the overpowered hop flavor. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with solid carbonation for the traditional style.
O - Overall a decent beer, however the hops killed it for me. The mouthfeel isn't quite there and this beer sits terrible. Constant burps from an almost rotten hop flavor that tastes dreadful. The pine just didn't mix with the SA style. Stick to what you know SA. Stay thirsty my friends!
