A- Clear light amber color with a full finger head.
S- A very balanced and assertive hop aroma with out being obnoxious. A caramelly malt sweetness is evident in the background too.
T- All the different hop flavors are all here piney, floral, resiney, spicy, earthy, and citrus. Did I miss any? The malt profile is of dark caramel and brings a big balance to the hops. Finishes very smooth and balanced.
M- Good carbonation, medium bodied and smooth.
O- Certainly not your typical West coast IPA. More of a kitchen sink IPA with regards to the hop bill. Defineatly worth a try.
