This brew pours with about two and a half fingers worth of slightly tan head. Craggy bubbles recede at a moderate pace. The brew is a deep brownish orange. The smell is noble, herbal, and sweet towards the end. An interesting smell that reminds me of both Czech Pilsner and English ESB (a la London Pride). The sheer amount of hops and citrus are what make this American.

The flavor is lots of noble tasting hoppiness that's both very light and dense with flavor. The back end of the hop profile ends like herbal candy. Lemon citrus zest is present throughout and maybe even a bit of orange and grapefruit as well. Overall a very impressive showing from BBC in my opinion. A full bodied and drinkable IPA with subtle complexity but enough bitterness and punch to match my desire.
