12oz bottle with the area of the label with the freshness dating mangled, so I can't tell... Poured into a tulip.
A - Gorgeous amber with ruby hues, great clarity, and a well formed head of large frothy bubbles. Good retention with patchy lacing.
S - Pineapple, mango hops aroma with an earthy and bread malt sweetness. Not dank or pungent, but very nice. Clean fermentation with no esters or real yeast character.
T - Moderate bitterness, the hops don't come off as the smell would lead you to think. Woody, spicy, herbal hops flavor. Bread sweetness, crackers from the malt. Somewhat balanced but the bitterness does show up. Peppery hops finish.
M - Medium bodied and decently dry. Good carbonation with a bit of a sour aftertaste.
D - Moderate to high. If you're looking for a lupulin fix that caters to the English hops side, this one is for you.
