Re-review of the updated Latitude 48. This first was froma bottle in a sampler pack a year earlier.
A: Big two finger light tan head. Rich amber in color.
S: Hoppier than I remember. Some citrus, grassiness and a little spice from the hops. Sweet carmel malt. Overall a little better than average for me.
T: The taste is more hop forward than the smell. Nice suprize. Citrus, sweet carmel malts and a nice long finishing bitterness.
M: Medium mouthfeel, apropriate carbination.
D: This is by far the best BB offering in my opinion. Nice bitter IPA. ABV @ 6.00 makes this one nice and drinkable.
The was a very pleasent surpize from Boston Beer.

12 oz bottle poured into a lager glass.
A - Deep clear amber. Two inch head with excellent retention. Nice lacing.
S - Citrus, pine, and sweet malt.
T - Citrus, honey malt,and pine.
M - Medium
O - My favorite from the Hopology Collection. A perfect balance of sweetness and hops without the nasty bitterness. I highly recommend this brew.
