L: Poured brilliant copper amber liquid into a 19 oz. Spiegelau glass, kicking up a 1” frothy white foam collar that produces thin lace.
S: Big grass scented with pine, spice, and earthiness over a trace of biscuit and fresh grains that is apparent from a few feet away.
T: A rich malt attack introduces a wave of hop flavors that suggest fresh mown grass and pine. Moderately high hop bitterness. Hop forward but well balanced by the malt with a slight sweetness on the finish.
F: Very creamy smooth, medium full body, medium low carbonation.
O: The brewery has done a marvelous job developing the hop flavors and achieving a balance between the different hop varieties.

Medium orange hue; very see-through. Obviously filtered.
Noticeable bitterness & hop aroma in the nose.
Nice white head, good lacing throughout.
As for the taste...where did the hops go?! They're in the nose but vanish on the tongue. Tastes very much like a lager to me. This has 3 months left on it's 'best before' date, so can't blame it on age.
Watery, with no discernable flavor. A touch of bitterness on the back end, but hardly noticeable. After an interesting nose, this macro falls way flat.
