Bottle into DB glass
A: blond golden ale with light head that quickly dissipates.
S: light malt with a heavy jasmine smell completely dominating the beer. Jasmine would work in a heavier style but not a German blonde.
T: the jasmine dominates the flavor. Not a good balance. Good try though BBC. Good to experiment though not the right style for the spice.
M: light which is expected for a Kolsch.
O: Too much jasmine too little kolsch. I like out of the box beers but this one over did it on the spice. Good idea bad execution.
