A - Pours a see-through pale yellow with a one finger head. Dissipates to a very light cap and decent lacing.
S - Malt, bread, and yeast mix with sweet floral notes, a very crisp aroma.
T - Sweet caramel at first turning to soothing spices and a dash of honey. Slight bitterness in the background, dry aftertaste.
M - Medium body and carbonation, goes well with the flavor.
O - This is a good summer beer, having a little depth in the flavor without being overpowering. Crisp and refreshing, nice to not be too heavy in the yeast flavor like many of their other beers. Would certainly have a couple on a hot Friday night to cool off.
