Poured into a pint glass,at fridge temp. My first Kolsch.
A. Very clear straw yellow, looks crisp.A 1 finger white head leaves very quickly.Leaves very little lacing.
S. I'm getting a good earthy smell wheat maybe, and I'm guessing this is the jasmine,it's almost like a perfumey smell.
T. Similar to the smell pick up some of the spices right away, the jasmine and the floral notes are just not appealing to me.
M. Mouth is light and crisp, very clean except for the floral characters.good carbonation.slightly dry finish.
Overall maybe just not my thing.I have to try some more of this style.
