A- One finger head with lots of bubbles. Clear straw gold color. The head faded to wisp maintained by the afforementioned bubbles rather quickly.
S- Clean, crisp and grainy, there's also an unfamiliar floral note that's quite exotic but mellow.
T- Smooth bready malt character is there from start to finish. Subtle citrus and floral notes pop in and out adding subtle balance to an overall delicate flavor profile.
M- Light and crisp, there's alot of carbonation without getting that carbonic bite.
O- A great summertime beer. Complex enough to think about yet very subtle as well allowing you to just sit back and drink it.
