A - Pours a light golden straw. Thin white head that disperses quickly but leaves a bit of lacing in its wake.
S - Aroma of biscuit malts with a lot of floral notes. There is an element of oily hops beneath the initial intake rounds things out.
T - A strong overall flavor spectrum. Really big. Crisp malts rush with deep spicy hops immediately in their wake. The floral aspect is a little harder to find in the flavor than it is in the aroma but it is there in the finish. It adds more body and excitement. Dry finish. incredibly refreshing.
M - Medium, a little more robust than expected. Strong carbonation keeps it lively.
O - Tremendous beer. A too rarely produced style done well and large. Great for a refreshing summertime beer but strong/spicy enough to have a place in any weather.
