A: Pours a very clear straw yellow with a fizzy, wispy white head that falls very quickly. A thin covering of lace lines the glass, but retention is poor.
S: Light fruit flavors, some dry spice and a noticeable dose of phenols. Some grain and nut-like aromas dance in the background, as well. Pleasant enough aroma, but lacks some of the complexity and presence that the best saisons showcase.
T&M: Very light and boring flavor. Some slight straw/wheat flavor with a twinge of spice and a very light hint of phenol. Body is light with a fairly aggressive carbonation. Not the most exciting saison, but it's not bad, either.
